Electronic Software Delivery: The DigiBuy system allows you to upload full versions of your software for instant download by your customers. DigiBuy can automatically generate unique download links to your full version software housed on our download server. The one feature our vendors really appreciate is those download links can have time limitations and limits on the number of download attempts. There is a nominal fee associated with this feature.
Automatic Registration Code Delivery: DigiBuy can automatically assign each customer a registration code for a particular product. To take advantage of this feature Vendors must supply their own list of predetermined registration codes or provide a link to a registration code program on a remote web site.
Secure Transactions: DigiBuy utilizes the proven advanced secure payment system supported supported by Digital River, Inc. Your customers will feel safe knowing the credit-card information they enter into their order form is secure.
100% Form Branding - Fully Customizable Order Forms: You can fully customize the look and feel of your order forms to match your existing web site. It's as simple as editing a regular HTML page. No one else in the industry allows you to customize to the extent DigiBuy does. DigiBuy even allows the Vendor to brand many of the standard customer error messages.
Merchant Account: All credit card transactions are processed on DigiBuy's merchant account. This reduces your costs and risks associated with processing online transactions through your own merchant account.
Service Level Options: DigiBuy recognizes different Vendors have different e-commerce needs. That's why there are two service levels from which you can choose. Why pay for the full version when "lite" will do? At any time you can upgrade your service level to a higher one.
Low 13.9% Order Processing Fee: DigiBuy's order processing fee makes it a cost effective shareware and software registration service offering secure, real-time, credit card processing.
Payments: Payments will be made via ACH (restrictions apply) or check on a monthly basis for your sales minus DigiBuy's 13.9% per transaction fee ($3.00 minimum). You'll also receive a transaction report for your records. You can also review your monthly billing statement online. We promptly publish the report in the middle of each month for you to access.
Fax, Phone, Mail, Wire and Purchase Order Options: We want your customers to feel comfortable placing an order. That’s why they are always given alternative ordering means. A customer may print and fax an order form to DigiBuy's order processing center. They may also call us to place an order.
Cookie-Based Shopping Cart System: For those customers who choose to browse or purchase products directly from the DigiBuy web site we offer a cookie-based shopping cart system that is fully customizable to allow you brand the cart to your site.
Enhanced Sales Reporting: DigiBuy features a flexible transaction report generator. This feature rich web-based reporting allows Vendors to analyze and review sales performance data.
Export Utility: DigiBuy includes an interface for Vendors to download sales transaction records for importing into popular database and spreadsheet programs such as MS-Excel, MS-Access, and Quickbooks.
All Major Credit Cards Accepted: DigiBuy accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Diner's Club.
Multiple Email Notifications: Vendors may specify up to 2 separate email addresses for order notification. This reduces the risk of missing an order notification due to mail server error.
Invoicing and Resending Customer emails: Send your customer a corporate invoice to any email address. DigiBuy has the ability for the Vendor to resend Customer confirmation emails with the original registration information or new registration information.
Test Orders: You may place a test order for your products at any time to be sure the system is operating normally.
